I hope you are enjoying your horses this summer and making the most of the longer days, even if that just involves sitting and being in your horses’ space. As you can see, Hugo provides lots of sitting opportunities!

It’s been incredibly busy for me, partly because I helped organise an Area polocrosse tournament covering Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. This was a brilliant day when our local Pony Club riders performed amazingly against other clubs, all qualifying for the national championships. If you are interested in learning a bit about polocrosse, let me know as it would be great to get some adults playing. We can start on foot so no pressure!

The first block of the Better Rider Club finished in June, with some great progress made towards goals by everyone. We had a club consultation and it was decided that the next block should be delayed until September. There are 2 spaces left, starting on 11th September.
