Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy Payment (or deposit) secures space on the specified clinic. Clinics normally have a 10 day notice period on cancellations, after which refunds are not made unless withdrawal is accompanied by a vet certificate. Depoists are non-refundable within 4 weeks of the clinic date. Nell reserves the right to cancel a clinic at any time. A refund of the clinic fee (less any non-refundable websites fees) will be given if the clinic is cancelled and payment has been made. Alternatively, a credit can be held for another session if run by the same instructor. Safety All riders must have public liability Insurance, valid on the day of the event. BHS Gold Membership ensures appropriate cover. Non-BHS Gold Members must provide evidence of cover. Correct riding dress must be worn for all lessons. Riding hats MUST be worn at all times when mounted and Nell strongly advises that current BETA class 3 2018 body protectors be worn. Children 14 years of age and under must wear a helmet at all times during the lesson, either ridden or on the ground. Children 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
