Disclaimer:

I understand that payment secures my space on the specified clinic. If I cancel after making payment, I understand I will receive a full refund if cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the clinic date and that no refund will be given after this.

I understand that my safety is my own responsibility. I can confirm that I have appropriate current public liability insurance. I understand that I attend Flax Bourton at my own risk and that I should follow any verbal or written instructions that may be made to ensure the safety of myself and others.

I understand that no dogs are allowed on the premises at Flax Bourton and that I must not muck out my lorry or trailer onto the car park area. I understand that all rubbish must be taken home with me and that I should report any broken or damaged equipment or structures to Nell Candelaria, or another appropriate representative, as soon as possible.

I understand that Nell Candelaria Horsemanship DOES NOT accept liability for any accident, injury, illness, loss or damage to me, my horse, my vehicle, my companions or my belongings whatsoever and however caused. I also accept full liability for the actions and safety of any spectators that accompany me at my request.

I understand that I must wear the appropriate protective equipment when participating in a clinic, that I must wear a hard hat, which is correctly fastened & to current approved standards. I understand that any clinic attendee under 14 years old must wear a hard hat, correctly fastened & to current approved standards, at all times when handling a horse/pony.

I confirm that I am happy to accept the rules stated above and to abide by them. I acknowledge that my failure to comply will result in me being asked to leave without refund.
